Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Valdora Jewellery website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms govern your use of our website, products, and services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where product information contains errors, stock is unavailable, or where fraud is suspected. You will be notified promptly in such cases.
Payment Terms
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. For bespoke and custom orders, a deposit is required to commence production, with the balance due prior to delivery. Submitting the website form is an order request and takes no payment. Displayed option prices are estimates. We confirm the selected metal, diamond origin, exact stone grades, weights, availability, applicable taxes, delivery and final price with you before issuing a secure payment link. Natural diamonds are subject to availability. The order confirmation follows successful payment.
Bespoke Commissions
Bespoke and custom-designed pieces are produced to your individual specifications. Once a design is approved and production has commenced, the commission is non-cancellable except in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. A 3D render and written quote will be provided and must be approved before any production begins.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery for ready-to-wear and bespoke jewellery is 10–20 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times may be longer for high-quantity manufacturing orders or during peak periods. Estimated timelines are confirmed in writing at the time of order.
Shipping Costs
- Free insured shipping on all orders over £2,000
- Orders under £2,000: insured shipping up to £150, charged at actual cost
- All jewellery is dispatched fully insured via DHL, FedEx, or equivalent premium courier
- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility
- International orders may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and VAT in your country of delivery (UAE: 5% VAT on imports). These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the quoted price.
Risk and Title
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your provided address. All shipments are fully insured in transit. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us immediately so we can raise a claim with the courier on your behalf.
Refunds and Cancellation
Our full Refunds & Cancellation Policy is available at /refund-policy. In summary:
- Orders may be cancelled before production commences for a full refund of any deposit
- Once production has begun, a refund of up to 50% may be issued depending on the production stage
- Bespoke pieces cannot be cancelled once design approval and production have commenced
- We do not accept returns, owing to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of all pieces
- Every piece is covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects
Product Information
We endeavour to provide accurate product descriptions, material specifications, and pricing. Slight variations in colour and finish may occur due to screen calibration and the handcrafted nature of each piece. All materials are as described, and gemstone certifications (IGI, GIA) are provided where specified.
Warranty
Every Valdora piece is protected by a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects, including craftsmanship issues, stone tightening, re-polishing, and rhodium plating. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, normal wear, or repairs carried out by third parties. To make a warranty claim, contact our Customer Care team with your certificate of authenticity.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, designs, logos, and software — is the property of Valdora Jewellery and is protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valdora Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be contractually excluded, including applicable consumer protection rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 for customers located in the United Arab Emirates.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
