Choosing an Engagement Ring Style
An engagement ring brings together a silhouette, a setting and a personal promise. Choosing the design first gives your later metal and diamond decisions a clear direction.
Solitaire, halo and trilogy
A solitaire places the centre stone at the heart of the design. Pavé details add smaller diamonds along the band, while a halo frames the centre. Hidden-halo details sit around or beneath the gallery. A trilogy uses three principal stones for a balanced composition. These styles can look very different when their proportions, profiles and centre shapes change.
Shape and overall proportions
Round, oval, pear, emerald, cushion, princess, marquise and Asscher-inspired silhouettes give different characters to a ring. Shape describes the outline; cut quality describes other aspects of a diamond’s construction. Think about the ring on the hand, the height of its setting and how it might fit beside a future wedding band. Confirm actual dimensions rather than judging size from an enlarged photograph.
Two centres and bridal sets
A toi et moi composition brings two centres together. Amélie uses a proposed combined-centre weight, so its weight label should not be read as the weight of each stone. Lucia is offered as a two-ring bridal set. A set includes two separate size selections; the displayed set price covers the two rings under the proposed configuration.
Personalise the specification
Explore the Devotion engagement edit, choose your precious metal, then choose diamond origin, requested clarity and available weight. Reference photographs show the design rather than every possible combination. Your order request lets us confirm exact stone details, dimensions, availability and the final estimate with you before payment. Our size guide and consultation service can help you refine the choice.
